Sealed Products
All products sold by Hobby Bloom are factory-sealed hobby boxes, sealed cases, and collectibles. We source exclusively from authorized distributors to ensure authenticity and seal integrity.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
No Guarantee of Contents
By purchasing a sealed hobby box or case, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The contents of sealed products are determined by the manufacturer
- Hobby Bloom makes no guarantee regarding the specific cards, autographs, memorabilia, or other items you may find inside any product
- Opening a sealed product is done entirely at your own risk
- The value of opened product contents may be less than the purchase price
This is inherent to the nature of hobby collecting and is understood and accepted by all customers at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation are final for that transaction.

Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize Hobby Bloom to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your financial institution.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
Order Placement
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from Hobby Bloom.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours by emailing support@hobbybloom.shop. After this window, orders may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the item ships.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Hobby Bloom offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from the United States.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Hobby Bloom is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted on unopened, factory-sealed items only within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item, issued to the original payment method.

8. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Pre-orders are subject to the same policies as in-stock items. Release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Hobby Bloom is not liable for manufacturer delays.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on hobbybloom.shop — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and website design — is the property of Hobby Bloom or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Product names, brand logos, and trademarks referenced on our website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our site does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
