Our Story
Hobby Bloom was born in Nashville, Tennessee, out of a simple but powerful idea: collectors deserve better.
Better sourcing. Better transparency. Better service. A store where you never have to wonder whether the box you just paid good money for has been tampered with, whether your order will actually ship when they say it will, or whether anyone will pick up the phone — or answer the email — if something goes wrong.
We built Hobby Bloom because we could not find that store. So we became it.
Where It Started
Like most things in this hobby, it started with a box.
We were collectors before we were sellers. We know what it feels like to save up for a high-end release, place an order with a store you found online, and spend the next week hoping — really hoping — that what shows up at your door is the real thing, properly sealed, and exactly as described. Sometimes it was. Sometimes it was not.
We experienced the frustration of receiving a box with a compromised seal and getting nowhere with customer support. We watched the hobby community complain about the same problems over and over — and we decided to do something about it.
