At Hobby Bloom, we take pride in delivering 100% authentic, factory-sealed hobby products to collectors across the United States. Because the nature of sealed hobby boxes and collectibles means that the value and integrity of a product depends entirely on its sealed condition, our return and refund policy reflects the standards of the hobby industry.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items only, submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by your tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, factory-sealed condition
  • The factory seal has not been broken, tampered with, or altered in any way
  • The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened hobby boxes, packs, or cases
  • Items with broken, removed, or tampered factory seals
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day window
  • Items not purchased directly through hobbybloom.shop
  • Pre-order items that have already shipped (see Pre-Order Policy)

We are unable to accept returns on opened products because once a sealed product is opened, its contents β€” including any cards, memorabilia, or collectibles inside β€” cannot be re-sold as factory-sealed. We hope you understand this is a standard practice across the hobby industry.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hobbybloom.shop with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
  5. Pack your item securely to prevent damage during return transit
  6. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method β€” we recommend insuring the package for its full value

Please do not ship items back before receiving written approval from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged, etc.). In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We strongly recommend shipping returns with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Hobby Bloom is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link by Stripe). Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement β€” this is beyond our control and typically takes 3–5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging as received

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, either through a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.


Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order items are subject to the same return policy as in-stock items. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery. Please see our Pre-Order Policy for full details.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
