Orders
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Email us as soon as possible at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be modified — our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply at that point.
Full payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order. Once the product is received at our Nashville facility it enters our standard fulfillment process — 1–3 business days processing followed by 3–7 business days shipping. If a release date changes we will notify you by email immediately. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it within an hour of placing your order, contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop with the name and email address used at checkout and we will look into it right away.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking email with carrier details as soon as your order ships from our Nashville facility.
Yes — completely free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is a permanent feature of shopping at Hobby Bloom, not a limited-time promotion. The price you see is the price you pay.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order depends on your location and package size to ensure the most reliable delivery. Your tracking email will identify which carrier is handling your shipment.
Contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number and photos of any damage to the packaging or product. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Please contact us immediately at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update it before your order ships. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, so please reach out as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only. Opened hobby boxes, booster packs, or any product with a broken seal cannot be returned under any circumstances. To start a return, email us at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@hobbybloom.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize your case and offer a full replacement or refund — no runaround, no exceptions.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Contact us and we will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Always — without exception. Every product at Hobby Bloom is 100% genuine and sourced exclusively from authorized distributors. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on resealed, tampered, weight-sorted, or counterfeit products. Every shipment we receive is inspected before being listed for sale. We specialize in factory-sealed hobby boxes, sealed cases, and collectibles across a wide range of manufacturers including Panini, Topps, Bowman, Pokémon, Upper Deck, Leaf, and more. Our catalogue spans sports cards, trading card games, and premium hobby releases. Check back regularly for new arrivals and pre-orders.
No — and no legitimate retailer can. The specific cards, autographs, or memorabilia inside any sealed product are determined entirely by the manufacturer at production. This is standard practice across the entire hobby industry. What we guarantee is that every product leaves us 100% factory sealed and completely untouched.
Stock availability is shown in real time on each product page. If an item is sold out, email us at support@hobbybloom.shop and we will let you know as soon as a restock date is confirmed or a pre-order option becomes available.
Payment
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. All options are available at checkout with no additional fees.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase — for both in-stock and pre-order items. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your payment is successfully processed.
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed exclusively through Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Account
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, a free Hobby Bloom account lets you view your full order history, track shipments in one place, and check out faster on future purchases.

Wholesale
Yes — we have a wholesale programme for verified hobby shops, retailers, and qualified bulk buyers. Email us at support@hobbybloom.shop with the subject "Wholesale Inquiry" and include your business name, contact information, and EIN or resale certificate. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
