Thank you for your interest in wholesale purchasing with Hobby Bloom. We work with a select number of wholesale partners who share our commitment to authenticity, collector integrity, and the hobby community. This policy outlines our wholesale program, eligibility requirements, terms, and how to apply.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a wholesale inquiry.
1. Who We Work With
Hobby Bloom's wholesale program is designed for:
- Retail hobby shops looking to stock sealed boxes, cases, and collectibles
- Online resellers operating legitimate, established storefronts
- Event organizers hosting card shows, hobby events, or collector conventions
- Gaming and entertainment venues that carry hobby products as part of their offerings
We do not sell wholesale to individuals purchasing for personal collection purposes. Wholesale pricing is strictly reserved for verified business accounts.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a wholesale account with Hobby Bloom, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Valid business registration or proof of business operation in the United States
- A legitimate retail or resale channel (physical storefront, established online store, or verifiable business presence)
- A valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) or equivalent business tax identification
- Agreement to all terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy and our general Terms of Service
- A minimum initial order value as specified at the time of application (subject to change)
We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our sole discretion.
3. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Orders
Approved wholesale partners receive access to tiered pricing based on order volume. Specific pricing, discount tiers, and minimum order quantities are communicated directly to approved partners and are not published publicly.
General terms include:
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product category
- Wholesale pricing is not stackable with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes
- Pricing is subject to change based on manufacturer cost adjustments and market conditions
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD)
4. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Link by Stripe
- Bank transfer (ACH) — available for established accounts upon request
We do not offer net payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) to new wholesale accounts. Net terms may be considered for long-standing partners with a proven order history, subject to credit review and written agreement.
5. Shipping for Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to the following shipping terms:
- Wholesale orders ship from our facility in the United States
- Processing time for wholesale orders is 2–5 business days depending on order size and product availability
- Shipping costs for wholesale orders may differ from our standard retail free shipping offer and will be quoted at the time of order
- Large or bulk orders may require freight shipping; costs will be communicated before order confirmation
- Hobby Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier
6. Returns & Damaged Goods
Wholesale returns are subject to the following terms:
- Returns are accepted on unopened, factory-sealed items only within 14 days of delivery (shorter window than retail)
- All return requests must be submitted in writing to support@hobbybloom.shop before any items are returned
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the partner's expense
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Hobby Bloom will work with wholesale partners to resolve confirmed damage claims through replacement or credit, subject to product availability
7. Product Authenticity
All products supplied by Hobby Bloom to wholesale partners are 100% authentic and factory sealed, sourced exclusively from authorized distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell.
Wholesale partners are prohibited from misrepresenting the source, authenticity, or condition of products purchased from Hobby Bloom. Any partner found to be making fraudulent claims about products sourced from us may have their account suspended or terminated without notice.
8. Resale & Branding
Wholesale partners may resell Hobby Bloom products through their own channels but are subject to the following:
- Partners may not represent themselves as an official affiliate, partner, or subsidiary of Hobby Bloom without written authorization
- Partners may not use the Hobby Bloom name, logo, or branding in their own marketing without prior written consent
- Partners are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction relating to the resale of these products
9. Account Termination
Hobby Bloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy or our Terms of Service
- Non-payment or repeated payment failures
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Reselling products in a manner that violates manufacturer policies
- Behavior that damages the reputation of Hobby Bloom or the hobby community
Upon termination, any outstanding orders will be fulfilled at our discretion. No further wholesale pricing will be extended after termination.
10. How to Apply
To apply for a wholesale account with Hobby Bloom, please send an email to support@hobbybloom.shop with the subject line: "Wholesale Inquiry" and include the following information:
- Your full name and business name
- Business website or storefront URL (if applicable)
- Business address and state of operation
- Type of business (retail shop, online reseller, event organizer, etc.)
- Your EIN or business tax ID number
- Estimated monthly purchasing volume
- A brief description of your business and how you plan to sell our products
Our team will review your application and respond within 3–5 business days. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval.
11. Changes to This Policy
Hobby Bloom reserves the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Approved wholesale partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued purchasing after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
