At Hobby Bloom, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. Every order placed on hobbybloom.shop ships free within the United States β no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, package, and deliver your orders.
1. Free Shipping
Hobby Bloom offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout β no coupon code needed.

- Applies to all products including hobby boxes, sealed cases, and collectibles
- Available to all 50 U.S. states
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility located in the United States. We do not currently ship from multiple warehouses or fulfillment centers outside the U.S.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment queue. Orders are processed within 1β3 business days.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
- Processing time does not include transit time
- During high-volume periods (new product releases, holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 full business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes 3β7 business days.
Estimated timeline from order placement to delivery:
- Processing: 1β3 business days
- Transit: 3β7 business days
- Total estimated time: 4β10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Hobby Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Carriers
We ship using trusted national carriers, which may include:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. You will be able to see the carrier and tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The name of the carrier
- A direct link to track your shipment
You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect updated tracking information.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop.
7. Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your hobby products arrive in the same condition they left our facility. Sealed hobby boxes and cases are packed with appropriate protective materials to prevent shifting, crushing, or corner damage during transit.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the item(s) before opening
- Contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop within 5 business days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will work with you promptly to resolve any damage claims.
8. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Hobby Bloom is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Allow 1β2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly to open a trace or investigation
- Reach out to us at support@hobbybloom.shop if the issue is not resolved
Hobby Bloom is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen after delivery. We encourage customers to ensure a secure delivery location is available when placing orders of significant value.
11. Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the product becomes available and is received in our facility. Pre-orders follow the same processing and delivery timeframes as in-stock items once they are ready to ship. For more details, please see our Pre-Order Policy.
12. Order Changes After Placement
If you need to make any changes to your order β including shipping address updates β please contact us at support@hobbybloom.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated after this window, as orders may already be in processing.
